An excelent story. I think you realy captured just what kind of sociopath Azula is. Cold and unconcerned with the pain of others. The wrighting was excelent and I didn't notice many spelling or gramerical errors. I hope you produce more works like this, exploring the mind sets of individual characters.

You captured Azula's sadism brilliantly.  *Brilliantly*.  I'm certain that girl tortured people and animals in her younger years, and you brought it to light with a vividness I've not seen before.  From her curiosity sprung knowledge: the full awareness of her actions... and consequent joy at the writhing and screams.  Simply amazing.

I'm an old writer enjoys fanfics that have been well thought-out and intelligent. This, I must say,is a great drama/angst oneshot, and it shows very well how Azula's mind works, the determination and surge of cold cruelty she feels during firebending, unlike Zuko's passion,for example. Also, you didn't make any grammatical and spelling mistakes, nor punctuation errors; this is absolutely wonderful to see. I urge you to write MORE!
