How old is Harry and others in this story? Im loving it.

Hmm... after reading this chapter and rereading the last, I'm thinking possible memory spell? Hermione seems much more cheerful and open than she is, but I suppose seeing as she is older and in a different environment, it is viable.

Harry... is very Harry. Besides the books, anyway, but that can only be an improvement.

I'm trying to figure out the time frames. From the first chapter, I assumed that Londonium was an equivalent to Hogwarts, making the first year students 11 or so, then in the Severus POV part since he obviously didn't recognize Harry, it would be in the past, I would guess Harry being 8 or 9, maybe 7 - about grade 3.

Then in this chapter we find out in the Sev POV part that Harry is 13, which got me confused - does that mean it's the future? Then why does't Sev recognize him, if he's been at the same school for a while? I got even more confused with your note saying the past will continue to be Severus POV and the present in Harry POV, which meant that my assumtion about which story came first from the first chapter was true. But then how come he's 13 with Sev?

There is one line where Harry mentions his secondary preparatory school - is that like a High School? Does this mean that Londonium is equivalent to a University or College, that is, post-secondary education, making the first year students 18ish? If so, it's not very clear in the story so far. It could be this is on purpose - for all I know the vagueness could be improtant to the plot later, but if not, it's something you should probably clarify in subsequent chapters.

I like this chapter -probably mostly because of the thing about the past in the beginning, but I didn't really understand how Harry could not have been taught magic, or that he can't have telepathy and telekenesis, and that he doesn't know what magic he has?

I think that you should keep the POVs the way they are now. I like it this way.

I think you hit the nail on the head with Draco. I hope he and Harry become friends though because I think they will mesh very well, but it will just take a while and a lot of effort on both of their parts.

I don't understand how Draco could know so much about Hermione and Harry meeting. If he is a telepath (I don't remember, but I remember that he is studying under Snape) then shouldn't Harry be ** that Draco's digging into his head? Shouldn't Harry be more outspoken about how Draco knew all that without seeing them? And if Draco can read his mind why hasn't he said anything about Harry's thoughts about him? Or shouldn't Harry be able to block Draco from his head instinctively because he's a prodigy?

Just some thoughts.

I don't know how much I want to see Ron in this. I think the story would go better without him, but it probably wouldn't be bad to see him a bit. I just think that it would be too odd for them to be complete best friends because of Draco, and it would very redundant if they were enemies, like all the other stories whenever Harry is with a Slytherin (be it roommate, or whatever).

Anyway, great chapter. Looking forward to the next.

I think I'd feel more comfortable with some clue on how far apart your past & present are. So far there's a lot to wait & find out isn't there ...
