I liked this immensely. If you really listen closely to the show, there is a good bit of implied slashy behavior. I nearly fell off my bed when one theepisode where Abby 1st came back when Eric wanted in on the "flirting" and Jackson told him "your not my type". No heat to it, just fact. It's written the same way in the book for the episode too. I even wonder just how close Cody Jackson and the 1 guy who stood up for him really were. I appreciate your story because of the attention you showed: Eric really was hovering around. I also have a theory that if there had bee a long season 3, he and Mel may've had a unreuited love thing. Idea for you maybe?
