That was cute. I've always thought she was kinda silly for not giving them her own excuse, and that one would be perfect. Although doctors (at least, ones here in the USA) could get in really big trouble for giving out any info on their patients.

Actually, hospital records are private so the doctor really can't answer questions by anyone but Kagome and her guardian/mother. _

I can just imagine a teacher's reaction to this letter: "Miss Kagome, would you please accompany me to the office? The psychiatrist is waiting for you there... Your grandpa can come too."
The reason nobody looked up Kagome's hospital record is the same reason nobody can tell that Serena is also Sailor Moon. They're just stupid.
And what's so bad about sandals? You can't walk on chocolate! ...Well, maybe you could, but it'd be a waste...
