In another the witch hunts are started all over and Chris is burned at the stake. In another, he dies and becomes the Keeper, and all the kids are left scrambling to keep up. Rock Chalk 2008-05-16 ch 31,	abuseHm...the plot thickens so to speak. I'm guessing that "difficult" is somewhat of an understatement in how Chris has dealt with becoming the true Keeper of Times and being separated from his family, or at the least from being able to see them again. Random thought, if it's Chris' calling to change things as he sees fit, then what business is it of the Powers to tell him how to do/fix things? Wouldn't he be the best entity (for lack of a better word) for knowing how best to keep time on track? Meddling Elders (not a real big Elder fan over here) :) I found Chris', the Keeper of Times Chris', response about how he may perhaps be "Chris" again. Does he maybe have a plan up his sleeve for un-making himself the Keeper of Times so that he won't have an un-timely demise/separation from his family? :) (By the way, please don't hesitate to tell me to read and find out the answers to any questions I should ask.) I liked the ending. Of course, though, I can't help but ask that it be updated soon so that we can find out what the plan is for making everything work out. Great chapter! Until the next update...

I'm now waiting to see how poor little Preston will cope and whether they can change other things, even if they're not supposed to save Chris. Take your time with updating, I understand, this time of year can be hell.
