For some reason that line completely encompasses the way I've always thought of Marlene. It's sweet and simple, but somehow incredibly wise in all of its innocence.

I love how you show the fact that despite being a child AND an orphan, Marlene really does have the truest sense of family in general, whether it be in comparison to the other children or the other AVALANCHE members.

I know this is probably a pretty lame review, I'm just no good with them, but there really should be more for this piece and I feel guilty that it's been sitting in my favs for ages now and I never bothered. Keep up the great work!

Not alot of stories about Marlene and Barret's relationship, although I like the idea that Marlene loves Barret as a father. Oh well, this seems to be a more realistic view on Marlene and Barret's relationship.
