That was very beautiful; you pulled off the medevial thing well. It isn't easy, I say from experience. And you did pull off the Poe feel fairly well. It was there, but I must say, I much prefer this to his writings. Just something I can't put my finger on, but you've got it.

First off "But lo!" and "Alas! O woe my love is dead!" cracked me up. Such things do every time I read literature from that time frame. Like the hamlet play..."Oh, I hath been slain! *falls over and dies*" You win points for that, yo.

Second, using the parenthasis in mid poetry was very poe-like to my poorish knowledge. You win even more points for that cuz this kicked anabell lee in the ass hardcore XD

Third, using teh Lucius von Raven sceen name would be really really lame and emo right now XD

Anyway, I luffed it hella lots. Hell, i'm prolly gonna read it a few more times tonight in teh wee hours of the morning. =3
