very interesting and thought provoking

This is excellently written and beautiful, in a haunting way. Those last words stick with you minutes after you've finsihed and you stare at the words longing them to change, to be better. And then you go back and read it all over again because it's still stuck in the back of your mind; little snippets, phrases that draw you in.

Hearts for the characterization in this. I think you captured them...well, near perfectly (I think only the creator of the manga knows them perfectly...well, maybe even not totally because they're still growing and forming...).

I think, though, the best thing about this fic is the DESPERATION in it. The undertones of heartbreak and loss and fear.

I read this fic a few days ago (I don't remember if I revewed it then too, though.) I remembered it almost word for word but I still had to read it when I came acrost it again. This is an amazing feeling, to need to reread it again! It was just that good! Iwuld really like it if you would write a longer one where Kaoru decides enough is enough but Hikaru fights to get him to chang his mind! That would be awesome and I think that you would do a great job.

Oh. This was short, but really good! Normally I don't read things so short, but I think the length was perfect for this plot. It was really really...not exactly touching...but it did stir something...? Heh, hard to explain.

You had quite a brilliant idea and you put it quite nicely but you put too much to the point and so it became too short, other than that not bad ^_^
