Breathe 2009-11-26 . chapter 1 It's beautiful. Would you ever consider continuing it? |
luckless-is-me 2009-10-31 . chapter 1That was adorable. I remember my sister reading that book and then talking about it for weeks...
I love Demyx's personality in this. I've never read a story where he couldn't talk either. |

evangelinefyre 2009-08-21 . chapter 1First off, I don't care if you don't think this story deserves the love it's received. I do, and therefore am reviewing. (Please excuse any rudeness you detect in above sentence.)
I'll admit, at first I was a little confused, mainly about Demyx's condition, but then you explained it in a way that just flowed beautifully and made me instantly fall in love with this story. You portrayed Demyx's bitter and morose manner towards his feelings on being mute so well that I found it extremely easy to sympathize with him. I like Demyx and Zexion's relationship as well, and how at the end it was stated that Zexion was reading the emotions Demyx held in his eyes/soul.
My favourite line? Probably "How do you tell someone you love them without saying anything at all? Because in the next five minutes he's going to have to learn how." That line made me really pay close attention to the story.
I really enjoyed reading this and hope you don't mind that it's gained a little more love. |
Onion Jester 2009-08-20 . chapter 1"Life is a solo, not a chorus Zexion once told him." Damn, that's deep. I love your style of writing! This is my second time reading this fic entirely and I've read "How Close is Close Enough" countless times. First off, I really like the elements of comedy you put in here. Your wording is flawless. Oh my God, you can express things so well through writing that it makes me feel so embarrassed. LOL The bond between Demyx and Zexion is gold. I got that light happy feeling at the ending and just reading about those two gave me goosebumps. You know it's good when you get goosebumps. =D I can see that it took very long to write. Don't be so harsh on yourself! It's a super awesome fic. I can't wait to read more of your works. Keep at it! I think I've just become a fan. =D |
Wildfire Sniper 2009-07-30 . chapter 1Very sweet, very beautiful, very well written. |
 bonjourmeadow 2009-07-27 . chapter 1FANTASTIC!
i mean, absolutely beautiful! zemyx is such a perfect couple, i must say. and the hush sound is amazing:] absolutely, incredibly beautiful. thank you for this, really honestly. the length isn't a problem, either. i have so much to say about this, but the thoughts in my head won't turn in the appropriate words to convey everything this story is worthy of. so, thank you, again. |
Shadowsonicstar 2009-07-07 . chapter 1oh my god that was so sweet. I believe i just died a little bit inside TT^TT |

neyma 2009-05-15 . chapter 1Loved this although I, too (read some of the first reviews), found the change between the past and present a bit confusing at times. You probably haven't considered editing this anymore?
Well, this does go to my favourites anyway. Thanks for the enjoyable reading experience. ;) |
Silver Butterfly07 2009-02-02 . chapter 1I loved this...so adorable! What a great interaction between the characters...Though at times I was a tad bit confused because of the change between the past and the present, I still thought that overall, it was a great little one-shot. --Silver |

Dancing Flurry 2008-12-16 . chapter 1I love this story, it is so cute. It reminds me of my childhood, when I could not hear at all and everyone tried to teach me sign language, but I was only six, so it didn't work out to well... It was very touching! I love it!
