All good things must come to and end and this one is no different. Clever, dramatic, funny, and a great read, and this from someone who has virtually no experience with the source material.

It's very well written, and has a nicely developed story.

I like how you give every character a part as well, while keeping them in character.
And the OC fits right in with the whole thing.

And you wrote so much in three months too! I hope you update it more soon, especially with the action just beginning! ^^

It's beautiful to watch events flow together so perfectly, especially when rendered in such elegant prose.

Superbly done. Your prowess really shows in dialogue, both in what is spoken and what is said without words. Oh, and bonus points for including my favorite brand of liquor. A few things to note:

"...Alexis felt it was a little tacky, and very nineteen-seventies."

That's silly, but apt.

Oh, and I counted ten shots that went in Jigen in about ten minutes. That guy sure holds his liquor well.

Even so, more well-crafted chapters by an accomplished wordsmith. I anxiously await an update.

Nice titleon this chapter. Engrossing story, so far. Though the first few chapters come off being a bit more humorous than you may have planned, at least to me. No doubt Zenigata is supposed to be funny, but there are some other bits which struck me as... funny. I quite liked the chapter with Fujiko, just because I always enjoy seduction scenes - or any scene where one character is being played by another. I also expect your choice of Madame Butterfly for the backdrop of that chapter to be significant. Good stuff.

You already know how I feel about this one. Your language is fine-tuned, and your description vivid without rambling as I have a huge tendency towards. Just cheer-leading from the sidelines here, if no one else does so. Their loss. :P

It was an enjoyable read (from what you passed along), and it still is. Damn your eloquence. :)
