Neji is DEFINETLY acting OOC, but you explained that he was just doing that to get some reactions out of Sasuke, which was okay.
Temari and Gaara... I LOVE those two. Temari - usually so cocky - absolutely falls apart when she sees the two guys about to do 'the dirty'. Usually I would expect some smirk and a sarcastic comment and then embarrassing, subtle reminders of the encounter all throughout the day.
