Definitely a great story! I remember reading this one ages ago, so I was happy to finally get to read a conclusion for it. The author-created characters don't wear out their welcome – especially Red Draco, since she's delightfully flawed and erratic – though Celeste feels a little bland by comparison.

My biggest issue with this story is that it felt like there were many times when the author forgot she was writing robots/reploids and not humans. The mechanical characters eat, sleep, need air, have heartbeats, and seemed incredibly squishy at times. Still, it was usually for the sake of a joke, often a good one, and I can chalk it up to a difference of opinion or vision about how a robot/reploid functions. There are also a lot of small spelling mistakes and typos, most of which could be cleared up with a pass through spellcheck.

Those issues aside, it's still a damn good story and is well worth a read. Now that I'm caught up on it and Zero Tolerance, I'm looking forward to reading the sequel!

Great story. All great. But, despite this, you did get a few confirmed canon facts wrong...

1. "Reploid" is the term for the robots based off of Mega Man X. Not just that type of robot. Zero and X are not Reploids.

2. Zero was the original carrier of the Maverick Virus, until Sigma smashed his head crystal and got the virus from him.

3. It's not a lightsaber. It is a Beam Sabre. This is clearly stated in Mega Man X 3 in Sigma Fortress.

4. Zero doesn't clearly (or at all except in dreams) remember Dr. Wily.

5. Wily isn't dead. Sigma has him as an ally in Mega Man X 5.

6. There are some others too...

I have one question. What happened to the Hadou Ken Fireball? As in, that attack found in Armored Armadillo's stage after you get all the items and Heart Tanks and Sub Tanks filled that can kill anything except the Chimera Riding Armor and the final boss? Was Mega Man X unable to return there? Because if he had it, he could have certainly obliterated the Chimera Mech.

But, this, all three, is a great story.

Wow... just... wow. Words can not express the greatness of this. Though, I was hoping to see a bit more of Bass...

It is on rare occasion that I can read a fanfic this long and not lose interest due to poor writing and boring plots. I thouroughly enjoyed BINAF, and it's even inspired me to keep posting my own fic (I was ready to give up on it due to lack of time) Anyway, if you plan on writing a part 2, let me know!

Whoah. *bows* This was truly a great series. The characters felt so very real and 3-d, the emotions were overwhelming, the humor was terrific, and the writing was fantastic. Congratulations. This is the best Megaman X epic I've come across. Superlative job.

I read this story at Protoman.com's fanfiction section a long long time ago. Back then you were right where Vile first apeared. Now its no telling how far into the futer from there and I remembered the name of this 'fic. Now, I finally got to finish it. I laughed, I cried, and I enjoyed every second of it. I don't think that any true MMX fan hasn't read at least one of your fics. This is funny, but not without its share of drama, and it's a helluva read. You're one of the best storytellers I've ever seen on the 'net. There're so many parts I loved in this fic, I just don't know where to start. So I ain't gonna try. A wonderful story, and about TIME you got here.
