This chapter was really good, it really gets you interested and sucks you into the story!!
I'm really curious about the guy with the pendant and his relationship to Ryoma, I wonder what Ryoma had to go through!
I see Ryoma and Fuji have somthing in common as both are haunted by their past, I wonder what it is!!

A cliffhanger, I swear I hate them a lot!! If I've said it once I've said it a thousand times, I'm sure all fic writers go to the same writing class where they're told they have to have cliffhangers in their stories!
I wonder what that screeming was and how important it is to the story.
I'm intrigued about Tezuka's reasons in sending him on that mission, I'm looking forward to finding out that reason!!
I love Fuji and I hope to see more of him in this story!! I like the fact that Fuji and Yuuta's relationship is the same, where Fuji is happy to see Yuuta but not the other way round, I feel sorry for Yuuta^_^

From what I've read so far I have to say I hope nyou never give up on the story!
It's really interesting so far. I wonder what happened to Ryoma in the past to make him this way, I guess he remembers that event when it starts to rain.

Let go--!" it should be 'cut it out' instead. Just thought you'd like to know, hope you don't mind^_^

Ah, such small things that I'm distracted about.

"...there were these chucks of wood “flying” into view from the back of the house." [Chucks=chunks?]

Fuji's quite the little devil, isn't he? Inciting a riot on purpose. It struck me as odd that he would do so, as he is a Prince, right? But, then again, he has his own special quirks.

"...but he was already very accustomed to such circumstances that he can regain his poise immediately as if nothing had happened to him." [he was able to regain his poise (tenses!)]

Sorry! I lay down some compliments now.

"A hundred laps around the village, NOW!” [I totally love how Tezuka's still the same ^_^]

And about Saeki, I can honestly say that I don't much about him. He didn't appear enough to really warrant a strong frame to build his character around, if you know what I mean.

*sigh* I don't want to make this any longer, actually. I feel bad for bringing this up, but there's no other way. Please, please, please, make sure you read through your story or get a really good beta-reader with English as a 1st language preferably and the few verb-tense issues you have. It's not often, don't get me wrong. But there a few that I wanted to mention, but thought it would be best not to. I don't want to sound offensive. Heck, don't listen to me! I'm sure other people didn't even notice. But, it's the details, ja?

Hi there, great chapter, well-written and good plot.

Ryoma murdering? well, if the plot requires him to do so... then it's okay. It's good both Ryoma and Fuji had their own demons. The drama and action are well placed, even the hint of fun: ..."A hundred laps around the village, NOW!”... I couldn't suppress the laughter.

Well, update when you're ready, this is a promising fic, so I don't mind waiting for it. Bye.
