I don't care if it's been a while since you have written anything remotely related to SasuSaku (or updated any kind of story, really) but there's a reason why you've been one of my favorite classic authors for this pairing.
And this. THIS right here is the reason. I love the different perspective format, and I especially love this last chapter here. At the end I really thought he was finally going to say it! But then you reminded us poor, sappy readers that this is Sasuke and Sakura we're reading about here. And yet still, it ended 'happily' and somewhat bittersweet.

I was especially happy though when Sakura finally chewed out Sasuke -even if it was a...circumstantial thing but throughout the beginning I was so angry with her. How she just takes it! and always tries to justify his reasons for treating her like a log. And that she even had the audacity to feel /bad/ about beating him to a pulp when really, he was the one that left them so easily (for family bizniz, yes, but still, I'm on a roll here). Anyways, the Sasuke chapter redeemed him a bit but I was still quite curious to see what about Sakura had caught his attention in the first place.

And Naruto, oh, Naruto, Naruto. You gave his role the right mix of the tragic third wheeler and loyal best friend... who truly does puts his own friends' interests before his own. No wonder he is Hokage in this chapter, and this is exactly how I imagined he'd act during one of his bff's baby deliveries. Nicely executed.

I'm unsatisfied, either! In the end he still couldn't say those three wolds!

I mean I know it might be a little cheesy if that happened , but... why not!

I may not like this story much but I still like you and your other stories too!

I'm definitely sure I expected him to tell her, "I love you" some time in the story, but in the end, it was the fact that he couldn't yet say it make it even better. I love this story. The plot line was steady and it wasn't too fast or too slow. The characters were realistic, as in I could see this happening in the real manga. Great job. This is just perfection.

I must say this was terribly, terribly angsty. I'm kind of in a love-hate relationship with this story but there's one thing that I can say, it was brilliant, and pure, and so, so clear. Sure I had tinges of pain while I read this story but it was beautiful, how you got all the characters of Team 7 just. RIGHT. Sasuke and Sakura's personas were absolutely spot-on and this story was just... eugh. So, so realistic. I love it a lot more than I hate it, that's for sure. Amazing.
