Truly fascinating and intricate bit of avant garde writing.

I was completely enthraled with the writing, but also entirely confused. It was beautiful, but very disjointed.

Wow. This was quite wonderful and very, very odd. It reminds me of your other story "Spyder" although they are also quite different. They're both the sorts of stories that I read once and visualize one way, then go away, ponder a bit, and when I read again, I see something different. Thank you for posting.

I have to say, that is the most unique idea I have read in a very long time.

bravo!

Very interesting and beautiful. But I'm not quite sure what is going on. I got as much that Dumbledore did something to Snape to turn him into some sort of plant thing, and Snape used that later on to trap Voldemort, and now they are trees. And everything's great. But what doesn't Harry know? What does Hermione know?

This is elegant, almost lyrical writing. But I have to say, I don't know what the heck is going on. Does the entire magical world actually consist of sentient plants? Or is it an allegory?

This story is extremely strange and I like it very much. I don't know what it is about turning Snape into a tree that suits him so well (I prefer the Russian olive version, myself, they have thorns and come armed).

I do like how he managed Riddle.

Strange, even by your exacting standards. I'm not sure where the duel with Harry fits in with the rest of it.

Interesting, so Severus has been part plant since the Shrieking Shack? Did he know? Why did Dumbledore lose an arm? In a way it reminds of some fantasy book I read long ago, part of a series IIRC, Sword of Shannara or something like that. LOL it's been almost thirty years since I read it but I distincly remember the girl turning into a tree.

Doesn't make much sense to me but somehow i still like it.

Cryptic. I had to read this twice. Part of the confusion is probably because the sections don't seem to be in chronological order.

So Snape's been reconstituted twice by the time Harry turns seventeen, once after the first Shrieking Shack incident, by Flamel and Dumbledore, once after a duel with Harry, by the Old Forest. (Did he grow more plantlike each time?) And maybe there's a reason for Harry's survival in 1981 that Dumbledore never told him. Hm.

Pros: No grammatical errors I saw. Flowing verse.
Cons: Macabre imagery. Disjointed. Was this one story or a series of drabbles with one larger one at the end? Right now I'm going for the latter as it makes more sense with what I read.
