Loved the whole flachback thing. THis is now one of my favorite MWPP fics.

Thanks so much for this great MWPP tale - I love Fawkes, and your characterizations of the young Remus and Sirius and James are spot on. Special praise for Young Peter - a lot of writers make him an annoying sycophant or a slimeball; you really show the sweetness that made it believable for him to be part of that friendship. Thanks!

What a wonderful story! I loved the interpretation, and I'm surprised that this story doesn't have over thirty reviews. Just a few things I'd like to point out:

""I believe you and I may have a differing opinion on that," Lupin said quietly. "I'd assume you met him on the train. You don't seem to be able to afford a car.""

You need to start a new paragraph when Snape speaks. Otherwise, it is very confusing.

Also, "gotten" is a very American word. I would've thought this a British work if I hadn't seen it. You might want to consider changing "gotten" to "got." It still makes sense tht way. )

I look forward to reading more of your works! Oh, and if you're in the mood for a MWPPL story focusing on all their years at Hogwarts, go read "Tiger's Eye." Yes, I know that I am shamelessly plugging. P

Yes, you DO do Lupin well. ARRGHH! Why isn't there MORE of this? I adore Lupin/Snape confrontations, and this was perfect.
