I'm sorry, but how can Ed NOT know what's going on at the Spring Festival. He was THERE when Ling suggested it, and Hughes went nuts over the idea. Remember, when they were keeping Ed from the Lunch room to prevent him from seeing whatever they were doing to Clare (I believe that's her name). Ed's not stupid.

why people hate eachother you ask?

if we think of each person as an individual, we can compare them to jigsaw peices. people sometimes fit togeather perfectly and bond well. however, sometimes they dont for the sole reason that they are different. when two people see more differences then simmilarities, they hate eachother. humans hate what they cannot relate to.

of course theres also the saying from avenue q "the more you love someone, the more you want to kill him" if you were looking for romantic reasoning...

Yay! *does a really complicated Mexican-style dance without tripping over her crutches* (ha ha, not in a million years, but still) I had forgotten that you were the one writing this one... silly me. I was getting surgery the day this was updated, and I haven't really looked on FFN since, so can you forgive me for not reading it sooner? I have to make sure I put it on alert (not sure why I didn't do that earlier) but we'll have to see if my e-mail decides to cooperate for once...

Even though you're a zombie now, you did a really good job. I didn't notice any spelling mistakes, so I think you're good! =) I've never met any zombies-- does it feel much different from being a human? Or a werewolf, for that matter?

Umm, well, there was one person I really really hated back when I lived in Michigan, but I'm almost certain I know what idea you're talking about and I don't think it would work. Y'see, she moved to our town from Mexico City (no, she's not Mexican, she's white and kinda chunky) so my other friend, now also ex-friend Devon and I decided to take her in because she had no friends. Well, one thing lead to another, things got a little rocky, and then in eighth grade she turned a ton of girls against me so they wouldn't talk to me. No idea why she hated me, but I actually worked up the nerve to tell her that I hated her my last day of eighth grade (which was also the day I moved to Alaska).

So yeah, that wouldn't really work unless they've been sort-of friends for a while. But that is my contribution, however useless it may be!

Thank you for overcoming your zombie-ness and updating anyway! I'm off to read the three chapters you guys have put up on Stupid Cupid, so I'll catch ya later!

It was a cute chapter. I really enjoyed the ending, it was sweet. Also, I really liked how Edward refused the synthetic skin, even if his monologue was cliché, it was still very… I’d like to say noble, but I’m not sure if that’s the right word to describe it. Anyways, I very much liked the chapter and it’ll probably be depressing when the story ends, it feels so soon, apart from you starting this back in 07 and all. But yeah. Oh, and good luck on your new story idea, unfortunately I don’t have any back story of hating someone. But, I’m sure you’ll do amazing anyhow.

Great chapter! That was really interesting to read. You've really written a lot so far. You're doing a great job with it!

I really liked the ending; very cute.

I don't have much time, so this review will be short.

1) Why would two people hate each other? Differing views, bad experiences (like one accidentally destroying something the other made, eg. a sculpute that turned out well smashed to the ground when the other person walked in to it backwards), not liking the personality (eg. too arrogant), one is mean to the other, one person hurt a friend/relative of the other etc.

2)Has there ever been someone you just can't stand? Yes, a girl in my class in year 6.

And why? She was really annoying, I didn't like the way she spoke (like you're worthless or unimportant), she wasn't very nice (liked to mock others), -bias- she was ugly enough to bother me (I blame the horrible choice in glasses), different interests (she loved fashion and celebrities), mocking my interests (reading), etc.

What did they think about you? She thought I was annoying, nerdy, quiet, unimportant, oblivious to things like gossip etc.

This is awersome. I've read this from the begining and I am realy looking forward to the next chapter. In my opinion this fan fiction is one of the better if not the best creations regarding EdxEnvy. Or maybe I'm just exagerating:)

...hmm, I've only ever hated/been hated by three people I know of, one I hated because they thought they were so much better then me for some reason, the other because they were so two faced and the last for...well alot of reasons. Mainly their actions. They'd ditch me/desert me in public, prank call me then just not talk to me for months (the most was abot five), spread rumours all at a time when I really could have done without it...hence why I hated them :)...I used to be good friend with them as well ¬_¬ but oh well...
...apparantly they thought I was annoying...

this is probably completely useless so sorry >_< I'll add some real review at the end here:

I didn't notice any major spelling/grammar mistakes and the chapter itself was a good length.
Love how the plot's developing, and the section where Ed refused to cover his automail was touching and shows how far his character has come over this fic.
All in all really cute, and I HOPE you update soon, but meh, no presure :)

Ah Ed and Envy kiss so casually now its so cute, I loved the ending bit wear Envy said he didnt mind Eds automail and then kissed Eds automail hand, Envy can be so sweet.
