Wow. It's been a few months since I initially read this, but I just want you to know that this fic is extremely sexy (and just a little sad).

One of the things I really admire about your writing style is that you write romance WELL. There seems to be just the right mix of fluff, feeling and conflict that makes it believable. Too many authors overload on one aspect or another, but you really nail it everytime.

And I'm looking for the e.e. cummings connection. Admittedly, I'm not familiar with all of his work, but it sounds a little bit like "may i feel said he". Tell me if I'm off the mark.

Great story, I really liked it! And it seems very much like them to say that they don't want to and only half mean it.
