Actually, I'm somewhat certain that Masako can perform Jourei's. A type of exorcism that the manga explains as talking with a spirit until it moves on-- which is something that only mediums can do. Jorei, you're right. Flat out exorcisms like that I don't think she can do.

Whether or not Eugene could is unclear, however.
