I think this was a heartwarming Kanon fanfic with an au-universe route. Maybe it's partly because I always had a soft spot for Makoto of all the girls there.

Another good thing was that you kept the characters pretty much in-character when depicting Yuichi and Makoto arguing or teasing each other, or when Yuichi interacts with the others.

Kohana was an interesting chacter for you to come up with, butI don't know about how early children learn to read, but considering Kohana's supernatural ancestry from her mother's side, she could have gained the skill to read. That or she's a very bright girl.

But there are some writing errors here and there in the chapters, like in some sentences where you write the wrong word or rare instances where you forgot to write a word that connected your sentence together. Hopefully this won't let you down.
