Hmm, you usually don't see much of this pairing in the limelight... But it certainly shines when called! :)

I love your work. Your stories are so fun and interesting.
the characters are bang on. Just wondering what happened to Balthier and Fran do you not like like them. Thank-you so much for adding Al-Cid to your stories, he is one of my most favorite characters along with Basch. So few people even mention Al-Cid let alone write about him with such detail and accuracy. Again thank you so much for the time and thought you have put into your stories. I check every day to see if you have added anything to the sight.

Yours truly

You are an 'Ashe-Al-Cid with a touch of Basch for flavor' fic GENIUS! And you always keep it hanging at the end, just enough for the audience, namely me, to want MORE.

YARG!

Mithrigil,

I love this, I love this. Al-Cid is so charming, so witty, so darned intellectual. I love how he communicates with Ashe, it's as if they understand each other on a whole different plain -- on a whole different level. Their relationship is a fruitful one -- full of hunger for thought, for touch, and the desire to communicate with each other.

I could actually sense some raw, real emotion in this but your words only truly come alive when you read them outloud. For when you actually read them to yourself -- you actually feel the fleshed out emotion behind them . The realness behind it all and the careful work the author took to write this just shines through every story you write.

It was beautiful and you put Penelo in perfectly, nothing about her seemed out of place or odd to me. You have a way with sewing words together.

Beautifully done.
