Very dramatic ^^ Though I do think there is a slight perversity in those who read and write this sort of thing- me included! Though people say it's because it's necessary to understand this sort of thing, or that it's 'the drama' that attracts them to it, I think that when it boils right down to it, people take pleasure in other people's suffering.
I think in that way, we are all human. And all, not quite human.

Does this mean that, because Light wanted L to live, he sent Watari the coordinates of L's whereabouts in order for him to be rescued? I may have interpreted this wrong, yet I may have a vague idea of what was implied through this.

Even through the slightly obscure ending, I absolutely loved it. The moods were set right. They were serious, yet still you can sense their full intentions behind every lucid conversation they had.

Ever-changing phrases, and so many uncommitted-- God I'm such a sap-- lines, this really is a story to behold. I sound like an old Madame who talks with "Dahling!" at the start of every sentence.

And when you think about it, in your story, L is like a really fragile puppet, with Light as the puppeteer.

I loved this story! It was sick, and gorgeous and wonderful! My only complaint is that I wish you'd been more detailed about Light touching/ kissing L.

You did an amazing job, one of the best death note fics i have ever read, i love that it was one sided since i really dont see L as the kind of person to fall for someone like Light, in any scenario really.

Also that it was vaguely implied, it was great, you've really nailed it on this one. ^^

I'd been reluctant to read this at first because you mentioned torture, but after I found podfics, and Raito/L recordings (just one) I decided to give it a try.
I didn't regret it. I listened to the whole thing this afternoon. It's rainy today and I sat near the window as your voice streamed from my mp3 player. I felt sorry that L was treated the way he was but in the end, I'm glad that Raito hasn't totally lost his humanity.
I wish you would grant me the honor of telling me what Memory is about - is it a prequel? Do they meet again and finished unfinished business? I'm so curious to know.
Wonderful job on the fic! It was different and chilling.
