Just reading a fic of yours makes my day.

I cannot describe how much I loved this. (But er, yes, I am less-crazy and sleep-deprived than I was ten minutes ago, when I made that review for your TrainxSaya fanfic). And so I will review properly (or try to review properly--) without getting hyper and crazy and weird. Or such. Hoe.

Anyway, this little ficlet of yours captures L completely. In my opinion, at least. The simplicity and yet complexity of your narration--the way L was thinking and the way he observed each and every little thing around him--you got him right on the spot. And the ending was very realistic. I also liked the touch of how you repeated the point that yes, "he has no time for these things". Very nice.

(Plus the use of the name "Alice" is a plus!)
