AMAZING!

This was a gorgeously written one-shot, I and really enjoyed it. I don't think it was confusing at all...you kept with the main underlying themes of the show, the characters were not OOC (especially Kagome. I could see her doing something like that) and you explored the parent-child dynamic with finesse.

Nonsense. This story ranks among the pretty amazing. It was heart-wrenching, and it didn't need some convoluted romance plot to manage it. That certainly does seem like something Kagome would do, what with her unending selflessness. And the LOVE! It was nearly palpable in this fic, and it stemmed from friendship and loyalty, both themes that are prevalent in most anime. Sometimes people focus so much on the romance that the other facets of the emotion are lost. Lovely job, and I liked the smidgen of Sess/Kag sort of plopped in there. "She kept you as I had wanted to keep her." Meh, personal interpretation. And it really is a happy ending when Naraku finds her again in the end. Gah, now I'm gushing. I'll just end the review here with a comment on how sleep deprivation and Big Fish can together create a recipe for awesomeness. :3

Another beautiful creation, the concept is unique and very well-thought of.

Wow I didn't think I'd like it as much as I did. It was sad and sweet and wonderful. A bit confusing but not hard to understand. Good job! =]

That was downright enjoyable! I was a little depressed when it ended, but a right good ending it was, so that's cool. I figured it was Naraku, but I was hoping he would find out before she died. :'(
