new beginning = good. i really can't imagine the old beginning in the Narutoverse doing as well as this one here, where you've kept the characters, y'know, in character, and opened up a whole lot of possibilities.

As regards your note, taking time to update, in your case, simply means a more polished chapter at the end-don't be embarrassed, the quality is superb. The chapters are not at all too long, I can assure you that at the end of them all I've still sat there, going, wheres the rest?? :)

What a lovely chapter and what a lovely story! The characters are well placed and have the personality of the original Naruto characters. I hope you will update as soon as possible because I am dying to read this story.
