I don't know. Doesn't seem as "polished" as your other stories. I will say, though, that despite the handful of conflicts with established facts in the Sonic world, the plot is well handled, and handled seriously. Fang's characterization is fitting for his role, though Shadow and the other GUN agents seem a little too wide-ranging in their jurisdiction...though what GUN's jurisdiction is I've never figured out...

Not bad, on the whole, but watch out that small deficiencies in each category don't add up to the point they bring the story down.

I still don't get why Blaze would be Princess Elise. Will you be explaining that more in the next part of this story?

I like how you've managed to wrap up so many plot elements and assemble them in a believable manner, explaining away all sorts of gaps formed in the games.
Now I wonder how this great trilogy of yours will end...

Use a bit more of terrestrial description.
