And here I am to finally review your lovely story! I'm so behind on so many stories... Not to mention I haven't been perusing SS as I normally would have. At any rate, this little bunny definitely makes one think about the inner workings of Mikey. At the same time though, there's more than meets the eye when it comes to Mikey. what's really entertaining is the guy behind me in the theater when i went to see it first time followed the 'least favorite son' line by whispering 'that's michelangelo.'
as for the story, it's great to see more mike-fic, especially when it's really well done, the nightmare was terrifying, and your version of raphael was gorgeous.

Aww, it -does- sound a bit Mikey-like for him to completely miss Splinter's point. Oh, poor, poor boy, causing himself much unneeded stress. And it's great how, with all the revelations coming - Leo's capture, Raph's part in it (though could just be me, but it felt like Mikey might've put two and two together too quickly, though I suppose the intense guilt dripping off Raph might've given him quite a big hint) - he can't focus completely on the "favourite son" bit.

It's when things settle down that, oh boy, will Mikey's brain start working in overdrive trying to come to terms with the favourites list!

(I admit, when Splinter said that line in the movie, I kept adding mentally, "You, Raphael, are my favourite." XD)

Don't worry, Mikey, Splinter likes cakes! You've got him sold!
