I like this alot, there's lots of detail and the chapters are decent length.
P.S I'm glad you dedicated this chapter to Virginia Tech. I'm British but I still think we should pay our respects to the students killed on Monday.

Interesting storyline. I never played Tactics myself but it seems interesting.
