aw, this is a perfect L&Near moment. so very...them. its always interesting when the notoriously stoic two display believable softer sides.

With your writing, I could really imagine Near wobbling through towards L in this adorable way. Forgive me if I don't make any sense, but this one just made my heart so warm and it had me looking at Near from a different light (no pun intended). Now I just want to hug the little critter to death!

The bond between L and Near was also heart-warming. So sweet.
