I'm a bit worried that at the start of season four they're not going to bother showing a Sparky reaction from John concerning Elizabeth, but this makes up for it! A beautiful piece and I loved seeing inside John's mind, I think you captured his character really well and I also think that the fact you didn't say anything about them loving each other worked brilliantly, because it was obvious in what John was thinking and how he reacted. That menat that the oneshot was in keeping with the show and that's always a good thing! Anyway, I've rambled! Great one shot.
