Shikamaru and Gaara bonding is pure genius and a blast to read, even if it doesn't go into specifics! I thoroughly Shikamaru questioning why he loved Temari more than anything though because he just seemed so in character xD And alas...poor Gaara. It must hurt getting bish-slapped by Ino ):

I just realized that I read one of your stories before! This one - I just never reviewed. Sorry. Well anyway you captured Shika's personality very, very well. His thoughts are uber-funny here. The part with Gaara is really funny too. Gaara and Ino...priceless. Poor Ino. Loved it!
This fic doesn't make me feel so bad about my own though. Surprising...
