Oh my goodness that was hysterical! I never thought anybody would do a Scooby-Doo crossover with G1--cause I didn't know how it would work--but that was completly brilliant! :D

My favorite part was probably Scooby and Shaggy meeting up with Rumble and Frenzy, and then getting pursued by them! Lol XD

Seriously, this was perfect. You got ALL the best Scooby-Doo gags in--Shaggy & Scoob stealing lunch and getting politely surprised, Daphne getting kidnapped, Velma and her glasses, the reveal of the criminals--everything is just fantastic. And Transformers! The classic blocky scheming nonsensical robot people! I confess, I cannot watch the original cartoon for long simply because of the paucity of logic and quality animation, but here, it works, it really does. Great job.

And it was Cliffjumper, not Bumblebee, that was voiced by Casey Kasem. Bumblebee was voiced by Dan Gilvezan.

Jazz was voiced by Scatman Crothers (He died of pneumonia brought on by the lung cancer on November 22, 1986 in Van Nuys, California, USA, at 76 years of age.) He also did the voices of Meadowlark Lemon in the animated TV version of The Harlem Globetrotters and as the title character in Hong Kong Phooey.

Wally Burr did Jazz's voice for one episode ("Kremzeek!")

One vocabulary note and I should have mentioned it in my review of your Cars crossover, too. It's more likely that Transformers would call their forces "troops" or "soldiers" as a collective noun in narration rather than "men" as they are not human. It's slightly jarring, but only to those of us who read every word (yes, I know we're annoying).

In any case, a GREAT story. Good job on working in the genre of each show while keeping it quick and funny. I appreciate your attention to detail and keeping the characters in character.

wow this was better than what i was expecting. it's very well written - got me hooked, well done! i loved the encounter with the 3 cassettes and scooby and shaggy - it's comical and similar to how Scooby and shaggy encounter villians/monsters in Scooby Doo cartoon, they unknowingly see the monster and they're like "err, oh crap it's the monster!" and run like crazy. hilarious :D i also loved the interaction between frenzy and rumble - was cute :)
and i really like how fred managed to defeat the almighty megatron with the mystery machine, never knew he had it in him...unless daphne is in danger hehe. just goes to show don't mess with daphne when fred's around - bad megatron lol.

Well this was a most... unexpected crossover. But it totally worked lol. Great job on melding the two universes together. I'm still laughing at the thought of Jazz calling Starscream "Screamer" and Starscream getting all ** off lol.

Haha! This would have been a great episode of either show! Too bad Bumblebee wasn't in it for a double-dose of Casey Kasem! Everyone was in character . . . it was really fun to read. I like fun stories like this.
