Both having to keep up appearances and use their own 'pick me up drug' to keep them happy (or seemingly happy). Bubbles has the Mayor. The Mayor has her and pickles. I wonder how his words of anguish will affect her? Hm. Excellent job on character portrayal and making the emotions jump from the page as you made the plot flow smoothly. You're writing's really good. Keep it up.

Bubbles and Mayor were meant to be together!^^ (as you can get by my story "forced pregnancy" - though I put some drama in this) -x and again, you just got the characterization soo right! Bubbles one, Mayor one... her peaceful personality, his eh... not really smart thoughts? lol!^^ will they admit this love?? please? say they will!?? =D looking for new chappie!

Dracori 2007-04-23 ch 1,	abuseI know I already reviewed this at LJ but I'm sure you wouldn't mind hearing it again :D This was wonderfully written and so well put together that it actually makes the pairing work. Granted, had anyone else taken a shot at this pairing...well...I think we can both say most probably couldn't pull it off. And again, it's so nice to see something different in the PPG fandom :)
SkinnySlim22 2007-04-23 ch 1, anon.	abuseI have to admit, I cringed a little when I read the pairing. (This is coming from a Mojo/Blossom lover, mind you). However, I suppressed my apprehensions and read this fanfiction...and adored it. Yes, that's right. I loved it. It's very well-written, lyrical, but most of all, believable: that is, you portrayed their relationship in a way that didn't make me raise an eyebrow and wonder "Why would anyone think this was a good idea?" (and there have been fics like that, believe me). All in all, one of the better PPG fics I've read recently (sorry, no love for RRB/PPG shipping from this fellow). You ought to be proud of yourself.
