that was good, interesting and well written. i feel that maybe you could have taken it a bit further, added in a bit more about how she felt when Sayri knew her, to make the poem deeper. Very well done.

I found that exceptional. What I enjoyed most was the procession of Mother to Granny, and how the reader now has Mother's life. I could nearly hear Mother's voice as she spoke and comforted in her own style.
