I knew Caleb would be very unhappy about the Green River job! I was actually thinking that as I was watching the episode. How's that for demonstrating how realistice your AU characters are? I have a hard time keeping Caleb, Mac, etc out of the Kripke version.

I couldn't stop laughing about the mention of Sam's cellmate... His expression on the episode when he saw the guy was the funniest thing ever!

Man, I love Caleb and him being Dean's Dean... Always trying to protect him.

I was watching the last few minutes of this episode and the scene where they've just burned the body of that nurse and they're headed back to the car. And I was so sure that Sam was going to say something along the lines of "You know Caleb's going to kill you when he finds out about this," or something like that. Hehe, it was scary how well that line would have fit in there. It's not the first time either that I've been sure one of them is going to mention Caleb.

It was a really good one-shot, and I can understand Caleb's anger towards Dean for doing what he did, but I can also understand why Dean hit Caleb. I was sure Caleb would hit him back, and I was surprised when he managed to walk away. Why in the world couldn't Sam keep his mouth shut?

Any chance we will get a new chapter of Who Your Friends Are and Phoenix soon. I can't wait to read the spoiler for To the Victor Goes the Spoils. I hope you've made it into a long spoiler ;) and of course it would be nice to get the last chapter of Phoenix.

Argh! I left a review for the sequal of this story that you posted today, but stupid ff . net cut it in half! Sometimes this website *really* annoys me.

Anyhow though, I owe you a review for this little tale too. I've been busy ploughing through all your stories these last few weeks without really stopping to tell you how great they are, so here it is. Your stories are brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. I am so hooked.

I love this little tale. Caleb and Deuce moments are the best. Poor little Sammy, haha, in annoying little brother mode. The best quote in this story came from Dean though - "I should have traded you for cigarettes!" - that made me laugh. I'm sure I will understand this story more in context when Aussie TV finally catches up and airs it, but until then I'm happy knowing the general idea of what went on in the episode.

You know, when I read your stories, I've started actually *hearing* Dean say the things Dean says. You write him so in character - everything he says is Dean, and a lot of the time I can imagine the smartass expressions that go along with what he says. It's very cool. You write Sam well, too, but I don't hear him as much. I guess as a character he's not as in-your-face as Dean is. That and I'm still relatively new to Supernatural, so I'm still learning about the characters. I'm sure by the time I can quote Supernatural backwards, I will also have Sam talking to me while I read. Haha. I think what stands out the most about those boys though is their smiles. I can picture Sammy smiling.

As for Caleb. *Love*. You bring Caleb to life so well. I saw a guy at uni the other day who could have passed as Caleb... it was a very cool moment. I guess I can't quite picture or hear him the same as Dean or Sam though because he was never given a chance on the show. Kripke just didn't see the potential in him! Thank the stars that you did though. I think I've started to like him more than Dean and Sam. I look for him more, too - I guess it's because we always see Dean and Sam. They're in the show, they're in the fanfiction! Caleb is rare, and so every scene you write him in is special.

Anyhow. I should stop gushing, and go and finish another uni assignment... let's hope this website posts my review correctly this time! I realise my internet is slow, but that's hardly my fault - ff . net will just have to deal with it.

This story was really good. I loved that Celeb is like Dean's big brother and I'm glad he's insisting on not being pushed away. Can't wait for more, but I guess that was already stated! LOL

Really liked this story as i love the relationship between Dean and your Caleb! I'm glad they sorted things out at the end and we had a nice Dean/Caleb moment..i'm looking forward to reading the rest of Phoenix and all of your future stories!! :):)

It's nice to see someone get through Dean's tough exterior and get him to talk, sorta, about what is going on in his head.

I just wanted to say that I realy enjoyed this fic. I spent a day the other day reading all of your fics and all I can say is wow. I just love what you do with these characters and I really love your caleb.

When those boys got caught on Thursday and you could tell that was what they had planned I actually thought about what 'your' Caleb was going to say to them LOLOL great job having dean throwing that punch at caleb that just screams how close to the mark calebs comment was. love dean being mad at sam but not really mad at sam more mad at himself. Then caleb rubbing the salt line WAS PERFECT!! cuz you know dean was second guessing himself at that point!! Great great job... with the previews for next week... oh my the brotherhood is going to have one messed up future guardian on their hands...ttyl~m

this is awesome! I've been waiting for the Caleb Response on that last hunt. Myself, I was quite certain that some form of fight would occur, but somehow i like this better :)
