It's so hard to find a well written B/B stories these days.. and I just happen to stumble upon yours and was immensely delighted when I got hooked. Love the twist about the Confederate skeleton (instead of the usual murder.. altho there was that old-mute weird guy). Also.. LOVE the fact that the "romantic" scene between Booth and Brennan were closer to characters than the ones I've read so far. I mean, I'm all for fluff and the whole shebangs... but it's nice to read a situation that's plausible for the writers of Bones to include in Season 3 (oh please please please include it The Power That Be!).

Anyways... Well done with this story =D

I wouldn't have minded at least one non-chaste kiss, but then again I'm greedy for smut. Very good story with a nice mix of believable plot, fluff and humor.

I thought it was great...possibly the best B/B story I've ever read.

A on a constructive the characters in Bones do do alot of eye rolling I see it all the time on screen but in print it can look like over kill.

Well, to my shame, I am extremely lazy about leaving reviews, but I felt compelled to tell you how much I enjoyed this - it all felt really in character, the case was interesting, and I could honestly see it happening on the show. Fab job, especially for your first try. Hope to see much more!

This was a delightful story. I've just read it in one (long) sitting. The story flowed well and the plot was both interesting and well planned. You did a good job of inserting the romance in small doses without letting it take over the story, and Booth and Brennan's shift from friends to more was handled in a believable manner. You also did a great job with the dialogue -- it was very on target. I particularly liked the one transition when Brennan teases Booth about snapping at the hikers about his Ranger skills. That was great. Finally, I appreciate that this was written well and was obviously proofread for errors. That made it such a clean and easy read. Thanks so much for writing and posting. I hope to read more from you in the future!

It's your first Bones fic? WOW... you really did a wonderful job! This story was a good mix between an interesting plot, protagonists acting in character and a great writing!

I am so satisfied. I love how you handled getting Booth and Brennan together. Not over the top. Just perfect. I also liked how you had the squints actually solve the case (even though it wasn't really a case). Loved the part with Booth and Brennan on the couch and his arm around her then on her back with no one really paying attention as if that is the way it has always been (well except angela).

So now that this story is over I'll say one final thing. This has been one of the best written, in character, plot and fluff balanced stories I have ever read. I'm adding it to my favourites and going off to read some other fics a very happy bunny. Thanks for sharing your story with me (and everyone else). I love this chapter for all the reasons I've told you about in my other reviews. I'm so sad there is only one more to go. A little annoyed that they haven't kissed yet but I assume you have something good in store (you'd better).
