Such a sweet snapshot in this universe. I adore Joe, and it's great to have him as a parent in this one. Vanessa's absence is truly felt, but it's heart-warming to see how that brings Joe and Nancy closer. I can't wait to read more in this universe!

I loved this one too. Are you going to write a longer story and maybe bring Vanessa back somehow? I know she is only missing. Joe's been sad long enough. He needs some happiness.

This is another wonderful fic, katie. Even though we're still in the dark as to what's happened to Vanessa (small plot detail that remains so frustratingly out of our reach!), I like that Joe's finding a way to deal with the loss and his relationship with his child.

Frank's suggestion is great. I'd love to be able to listen in on how Joe manages to explain to his daughter why he's wearing pizza in the picture in question...
