Not many stories warm my heart the way this one does.

This makes you think of what Enishi might have been like if Akira never left for war. That last line is both sad and ominous considering how things do turn out.

Poor Enishi-chan...he loved Tomoe so much! Beautiful story behind the journal and it adds an especially sad note to the end of the seris when the journal is all Enishi has left of his sister. Great job!

I think the diary being a gift from Enishi is a lovely idea.
