Very beautifully written! Sara's ability to interpret Grissom's thoughts/intentions is part of the reason I love them so much. Thanks!

Beautifully put. So much how I see Grissom and how Sara sees him. Thank you!

This is great! I think it's so true to the show and the characters. Grissom does have a hard time saying what he really means, and Sara does have an uncanny ability to read him. I particularly liked the way you threw Catherine in - in my mind, it was sort of a tribute to their many years of friendship. The girl friend isn't exactly replaced by the girlfriend...but the girlfriend knows him better than the girl friend ever could.

My favorite line has to be: "Catherine made me do this, but I really am sorry." Awesome - and perfect for that point in their relationship journey.

Great story! Thanks for sharing it with us.

When Sara reads Grissom's letter tonight in "Leaping Lizards", I will be thinking of your well written story. It is my understanding she is suppose to read it in that episode.

I love this. I love the brilliance of it, and the way you got down to the point (not unlike Sara!) I hope to see much more from you!
