In the Ranma manga & anime series, there's a character named Mariko Konjo who practices Martial Arts Cheerleading. I couldn't help but wonder how Ranma, Shego & Team Possible would react if they run into her in this story. I'm sure Shego would go bonkers when she finds out there's actually a martial arts discipline based on cheerleading. As if Kimmie wasn't bad enough! Personally, I won't be surprised if Mariko shows up early in this story (as opposed to the original timeline in Ranma canon) to meet Kim Possible due to Kim's reputation as a world-saving, martial arts cheerleader. Maybe they could have a friendly spar/match? Below are quotes from Wikipedia concerning Mariko's fighting styles: START QUOTE Mariko's fighting style is built on using cheerleading tools, for example by using batons as bludgeons, or throwing them with great stealth and accuracy, to knock out an opposing team without notice. She managed to give Ranma a harder challenge than Ukyo and particularly Shampoo were able to do. Then again so did Kodachi when Ranma was similarly restricted to restrained, unfamiliar battle-rules, but that was much earlier in the series, before Ranma's power-up at Cologne's hands. Nyoibo Baton Crash: Mariko extends her baton to attack. Nyoibo is the name of Goku (from Dragon Ball Z)'s extending stick. In the manga, the spectators even make a comment about it being an obvious Dragonball reference and ask if they are in the right manga. She almost instantly beat Ranma-chan through using this move. Black Widow Ensnaring of the Lover Ribbons: Mariko uses spider-wed ribbons to disarm her opponent. Flying Sea Urchin Pom-Pom Love Bomb: Mariko's pom-poms turn into balls of spikes, which she hurls as revolving shredders towards an opponent. Love's Deepest Cut: Mariko throws a swarm of razor-sharp cheerleading batons. Cupid's Arrow Straight Down: Mariko jumps high into the air and descends, striking an opponent's head with her club. This attack was powerful enough to knock out female Ranma when the latter was distracted. Love Bursting Out All Over: This technique involves Mariko's team throwing her into the air while she hides behind her pom-poms. It is followed by the "Love Rival Elimination Kick." Less useful moves: Quicksand of Love: Mariko is supported by her team-mates’ pom-poms, while her opponent is held in place. Zombie of Love: Mariko uses Kuno to attack Akane through using the following two methods: Mid-air Clash of Hearts: Mariko moves Kuno into the air and makes him use his blade as a shield. Puppet of Love Baton Storm: Mariko flings numerous batons from behind Kuno. Completely useless moves: The Shower of Confidence: Mariko showers Kuno with love letters, giving him the confidence he needs in order to win. The Fireworks of Love: Mariko's pom-poms explode and spell out "Kuno" and "Love". END QUOTE I'm sure Shego & Ranma would never look at cheerleading tools the same way again after this!

And if it is, it'd be a relief to see it flow from the fingers of a talented, established writer like yourself as opposed to some crappy little 'omg i luv u km' 'u do? i luv u to ramna!' pansy fangirl. shakes head, still scratching, which is not as easy to do as it sounds There are far too many of those type of writers. Anyway, this is fun. I'll be watching this one.

Tuisto 2008-02-11 ch 15,	abuseI had to watch some clips to find out what this whole "Kim Possible" and Shego bits were about. I was rather unimpressed by that show. BUT this fanficition was most entertaining, quite a nice lot of comedy, even if I was in the dark somewhat about the not Ranma characters. The dark semi-malicious side of Ranma is just a splendid touch, and I'm curious how you'll handle Nodoka now that you've opened -THAT- Pandora's box... I'll rate this a 'B ' fanfic.
