I love this story. It was fascinating to see each man's childhood through the eyes of their lover. And good for each of them to learn a bit more about the other too. It gave you insight into each char as well and what made them the way they were.

Does Ren's forehead tattoo really brand him as a hanyou or did you make that up? It was cool to see Ginkotsu's beginning through his as well; I always figured they were friends before they joined up. And poor Sui losing his wife and then his mind. :( Poor Sui, he's so conflicted. I just want to hug him.

Ban was awfully cute as a child. And Jakotsu trying to explain sex to him was hilarious. Jak is fast becoming my favourite char; I was cheering along with Bankotsu when he beat that nasty girl up and was counting the days until he got rescued. :D He shoulda made Ban grovel a bit for the mean comments he made in the tent though heh.

And I loved the ending. So sweet.

Sad, but cute. I just love six-year old Jakotsu, he's so cute when he's ready to beat the shit out of someone. Serves that bitch right though. Write another one about Sui and Ren if you can okay? And maybe you cud make it one where sui tries to comfort ren or something. seeya later
