This was really sweet and nice. And I liked how there was a smidgen of Ed/Envy but not enough to completely kill the plot (aka a random lemon). And I also liked how you just started and left it there, in Gluttony's stomach. Sometimes fics that don't have a real ending are nicer. So this was a great one-shot, and I think I shall fave.

Very Nicely done. Loved the repetition of "I don't know", it had a nice ring to it.

Good! I love then Envy gets tortured :3 But you made a real mess of the anime and the manga - if you only watched one of them, this makes no sense at all. I guess you wanted it to be mangaverse (which is good!), so let me point out the anime references.
1) Envy doesn't want to kill Ed in the manga. He needs Ed to some experiment, killing him would only bring Envy trouble. In fact, Envy doesn't like fighting at all in the manga. True enough, Envy said he could fight Ed while they were into Gluttonys stomach, but it's not like he could kill anything in his current state, so he somehow must refer to a time when his outside the stomach.
2) Envys hair in the manga isn't green, but black, sometimes made with purple highlights.
3) The basics elements of a Homunculus in the manga is humans, not red water/stones. They only drink red water to become homunculus.

Now, about the story. A few things I would like to point out.
1) ... Where's Ling? I would love to know a lot more of what happened before they got inside Gluttonys belly.
2) Why are Ed carrying him around? Where should they go? I know he carried Ling, but since Envy know where this is, he would have told Ed it was no point in walking, since being carried would have worsened his condition.
3) ... Why's he able to carry Envy at all? Envy's preferred form is as heavy as his true one.
4) I don't like Al that much. But I wish Ed could mention him some more, at least in his thoughts.
5) You don't describe things such as the environment or their feelings.
6) Envy's squirming. Why?
7) You describe Envy a lot more then you describe Ed.

The good things:
1) I liked it. It's IC, and it's interesting, and you seem to have an idea.
2) Envy explains why he's sick. It wasn't totally random.
3) Ed's calculating! And he wants his notes! Good job.
4) You give a great amount of details of their positions. I can imagine them :3

I hope you'll write more about those, I loved your work!

Sick Envy makes me all wibbly inside. Your fic is lurve. I also like how it's set in the manga universe. That's usually rare in EnvyxEd fics.
