Well -that- was certainly a way to write that conversation. I swear to God, sit the conversation that lives inside my head and place it right next to yours ... it never ceases to amaze me how we girls can have the same muses and what to write about the same things - and -still- come up with such damn beautifully different things.

Oh my God, my heart -lurched- a wee bit when Vincent said 'not exactly'. Because it was the first time the entire story where I felt like he was being just, serious. Not mocking or pushing or teasing - just honest. And Veld chose to not hear him. I love it.

The conversation is light but it's all surface, isn't it Dark? That's what I felt like. The conversation is light, the subject is heavy, and you do a damn fine job of writing that.

... I know that one girl said that Vincent sounded a bit oc. I wonder. What do we know about the kid? I kinda like the way you could pick up -this- Vincent and set him beside the next one, our OGC Vincent, and just marvel at the differences. It says something moderately profound about a lot of things.

I'm not sure what else to say! I just feel moderately impressed about how you tackled that conversation between them. It was a damned admirable way to do it.

A nice piece. It's always interesting seeing Vincent in his turk days. The dynamic duo is intense, and your interaction between them was humourous, especially their dialogue at the end of the story.

Holy crap, I'm usually logged in. Ah well, it's late anyway.

I'm really enjoying the dynamic duo here. Veld and Vincent are certainly quite the pair, kind of like "The Odd Couple". Although, I'm not too sure about Vincent's character here, but he is younger as you said. And when I go back and reread his dialogue, he sounds teenager-ish, cocky in that I-know-everything-already-no-need-to-tell-me-shit kind of way.

I wonder how long did Vincent wander the neighborhood before hitting the gay bar. That would have been a funny little side story, hehe.

I started laughing oh...about the time when Vincent got thrown out of the car. I fell out of my seat when I figured out exactly where Vincent was. Two seconds later I died...then I was ressurected long enough to read the rest.

That was sheer brilliance,
Thank you for giving me the energy to finish this paper.

Oh does the title ever fit :)

I smirked through the entire car ride coversation. That was quite brilliant. A fun read that cured my Monday boredom.

Thank you.
