please please p;ease finish this story. i really hate unfinished stories XD

Is the end of chapter 12 the end? I completely loved it! It was nothing like I had ever read before. I was in complete suspense that I didn't take my eyes off the screen the entire time. Tears welled in my eyes at the thought of this story and how Dean was trying to protect Sam and visa versa. GOD, this was the best goddamn story I had ever read. I mean usually I read about the sexual relationship between the brothers and I was just so glad to find one that didn't include that. I'm a huge fan of blood, gore and violence so this was outstanding! Did you write this before Sam actually died on the tv show? I was reading it and was like wow I can't believe Sam actually died and then I wondered if you wrote this before or after that. But then you caught me off guard by having it something the demon planted in Dean's mind! That was awesome and you had be totally fooled! I really want to read your next on or whatever it is, One Fateful Night...hopefully I can find it and read it, then I'll give you a review on that too. So, again, GREAT JOB! I REALLY loved it! So, I discovered this story in November last year and I love it so much! I have since then made an account for this site and discovered it again but realized it asnt been updated! Please tell me you are going to continue this! You can't leave it like this, it will drive me crazy! lol I need to know if Dean is okay! Please update soon!

I am loving this girl...a little to much on the toture end, but the emotions and characters are true..so that makes it really good reading...Can't wait for the rest...

OMG, just stumbled upon your fic and read every chapter, and let me tell you: THIS STORY ROCKS!! I really, really hope that you will pick up this story again. I saw that you have posted 2 others stories this year, so you haven't given up writing. So hopefully you will decide to post a chapter to this story.

I am so sorry for neglecting to review in a timely fashion. A sick family and work responsibilities have been sucking every minute of free time.
Anyways, onto the review.

This was such an amazing chapter. The way you write the brothers and their love and sacrifice for one another is just so emotional to read.
This, " As Sam tightened his grip on Dean and started down the decimated hallway, alive and with his brother, he knew one couldn’t exist without the other." That is the perfect sentiment to describe their relationship and honestly that is what I miss most about the boys in season 3. So thanks for giving me what I've been lost without.

And wow, this scene, “Not again,” Dean dug closer to the crook of Sam’s neck. Continuing on with Dean's biggest fear, the loss of his brother just broke me because Dean is broken as well.

And I loved, loved, loved this scene.
Dean’s eyes opened just as his body began to sag. He blinked slowly in Sam’s direction and couldn’t hold back the free streaming tears of pain and sorrow that distorted his vision. Sam couldn’t hide his sobs anymore than Dean could hide the spasms in his muscles or the gaping of his mouth. He was watching his brother die. “Please,” he breathed, keeping his burning eyes fixed on his brother’s. “Please.” He was crying and he couldn’t stop. “Please...”

Dean’s chest hitched a final time. His slowly closing green eyes made a last, painful attempt to stay glued to Sam’s before rolling to the back of his skull and ending his struggle. His head dropped.

I have the images from this scene burned in my mind, that is how brilliantly you painted this picture and how beautifully you captured their emotions.
Sam's simple "please" to save his brother's life brought tears to my eyes. And Dean's determination to gaze upon Sam while he takes his last breath, almost as if he's trying to take that memory with him when he dies, it just touched my heart.

And this,
Sam guided Dean’s head to his shoulder and slid his arms around his back to grip weakly at his shirt and hair. He nuzzled his face into the crook of Dean’s neck and resisted the sobs that refused to bend to his will.

Dean remained silent as his chest heaved to compensate for the loss of air and closed his eyes into Sam’s shoulder.

We got a hug! God I really needed that hug after the emotional wringer you put me through. The Sammy angst just breaks my heart.

"Instead he slid his grip to Sam’s hand and intertwined their fingers. Sam squeezed once in response but kept his eyes fixed on the coming threat."

They're facing the threat, the evil, together...just as it should be.

Now I'm off to reread the story because I love it so and I'll hope they'll be an update in my inbox when I finish.

I was checking for an update on this and realized I had never reviewed...shame on me! Sorry. I've been following this and really hoping for an update soon. You've brought the boys through such a physical and emotional ordeal, and they're on the brink of breaking through to...something. I'm really dying to know what's going to happen next. It seems like you could go so many directions from here. Escaping and exploring the healing and the aftermath...or maybe they are not quite home free yet. Ah - post soon...kay? Hope real life isn't getting you down.

Just caught up through ch 12 - very enjoyable and I did alert the story. Then felt the weight of shame and dropped you this review. I agree that the action was choppy - easy to lose track of who was doing what, and I wasn't at all sure at first who was hit by the piece of wall. Great job of showing how long it would take to 'break' Dean. All Dean Whumpage good - a little Sam whumping all to the better. Please keep up the posts. Will try your new story asap. Phoebe
