Aw, that was too short! I really loved it! I was laughing the whole way through. ^_^ You should make a sequel (or something related to this)!

HAHAHAHAHA! NURIKO!! uh... I mean... KOURIN!! That's how I thought he would react if he met Houki (and wasn't dead -_-)! I noticed a couple things, but since I'm short on time I'll only point out one.

You said "I may not have been as sassy as her,..."

That is incorrect. It should be "I may not have been as sassy as she,..." because it's the same thing as saying "I may not have been as sassy as she was,..." and you wouldn't say "I may not have been as sassy as her was,..." You see? I can't wait to read the rest, but, as I said, i'm short on time. Yay! I love Nuriko stories! ^_^

I apologise for lurking on the last few chapters, I'm such a lazy reviewer xD. Firstly I offer congratulations on this story - it's really insightful and poses a very realistic portrayal of Nuriko in the harem. It works so well that it could easily be slotted right in before the canon FY, which I think you aimed for. I really liked chapter eight, it was amusing seeing as we know about Nuriko and Houki doesn't. I liked your ending too - very true to FY. Although I would've liked Houki to find out about "Kourin" I am glad you didn't write it so. I don't belive anyone she met after deciding to be Kourin knew about her...um, secret until Miaka. I hope you'll post the omake! :D

Although I wasn't quite ready for it, great ending! However...I was kinda dissapointed that Houki never found out about Nuriko's secret...ah well.

And also...
" reminded myself once again why I was there. To love and serve the emperor as both the leader of my country and as a normal man."

As much as I love that line, was there a typo? Because last time I checked, Houki *was* a chick. ;]

But I think an omake would be great!

I have to admit, yah it was kinda mean...
Me shall sit back and wait for next chapter
