Excellent story. The great allure of Cowboy Bebop for me is the style in which the story is told, how the characters relate to each other, and the subtleness of puns and the general feel of it in general. It is one of the 3 anime series that I can watch over and over again and not get bored (other 2 are Outlaw Star and Trigun). You have done an expert job in capturing the essense of the Bebop. Bravo

Hey...I really liked this story. Apart from a few grammatical errors (and man, I really pick on those, so don't take it personally) it was really great. The fact that Faye didn't want to look for her brother...it was weird and comforting at the same time. I actually really liked how you back it up with some facts at the end. True, I do believe that Cowboy Bebop took place in 2071, but if you factor in the two years I believe you mentioned before, your time is on the mark. Nice storyline...everyone's in character. Good job.

I'm pretty sure that the series on Cartoon Network takes place in 2071, not 2073 as you mentioned in your references.
