This is wonderful. I always believed that Izumi thought of Ed and Al as her children, and E&A thought of Izumi as kind of a mother, but it was only sort of stated by Izumi when she said she didn't want to lose her babies. You made my belief come to fruition, and now I truly believe it. Thanks for this!

I couldn't help but notice that, along with your apparent thing for picking on Ed, you also have a sort of parental theme with either Roy or Izumi.
Anyways, great story as always, and yes, I do thank my mommie for bringing me into the world and putting up with me!
