Yemi Hikari 2007-06-16 ch 1,	abuseI may be one of the few who actually gets your fics. They are good. They say they are saying that they have been giving you helful tips, but in reality, they are opinion with no helpful critisism. And the ones that have helpful tips in them, they are so saturated with opinion and yet they expect you to decifer fact from opinion. Here are the facts. 1. Many feel that your story is an orriginal peice of work. Well, it is. An orriginal peice of fanfiction though. Which is one of the reasons exactly why your getting so much hastle from people. 2. They feel that the girl can not possibly exist. But if one looks at the 'horror genra', she can and will exist. She doesn't even ened a reason for it, other then to frighten everybody. 3. They also feel that you break canon. In some ways you do. But it is an AU. You didn't orriginally say that, but surely someone would have figured that one out by now. So some canon rules will be roken. 4. Oni is Japanese. They feel that it can't belong in LotR. This one miffs me quite a bit. The reason is, they can't see outside of the box, becuase if they did, it would actually be logical. For those who can't figure out how, here is why. Middle Earth represents Europe and it's culture. The Southerners represent Africa and their culture. Who is not to say that their isn't anything that would represent the Asian cultrues? Tolkien took from what he knew. Australia, England, Europe and Africa, thus that is why nothign else is represented. So, it is completly feasable and reasonable. Here is the thing though. I get this. Other people ... they won't. 5. Someone commented on the fact that the girl can summon Demons. They said that it is a very hard task to do and needs special training. I remeber it diffrently. Summoning spirits was frowned upon, thus none were trained to do it. It was the unltimate 'bad'. And what better thing for a horror story then this. Though I do agree on one thing. Summoning spirts/demons ... you really can't summon them. They choose to come. And they come for their own purposes. ... Now for this story. Little is actually known about the 'Dark Elves', which is what they are. So who is not to say they don't worship demons? It sems to me that you may have been influenced by the 'Dark Elf' trilogy. It is an actual book trilogy. If you haven't read it, I suggest it, though it is concidered adult fantasy. I then suggest a LotRccrossover with it or Inuyasha. You might get people who understand mroe their. And ... ... I know exactly where they are getting the idea that you will deleate the story due to flames is Flame Rising. You did that once that i know of, and it was when he hit you. For those who don't know, Flame Rising is an iternet bully. He will flame a story, good or bad. He has twelve accounts at least. He also ONLY hits the stories reivewed in order to PURPOSEFULLY make the reader look bad. And that is what his C2's are about. Bulling people and making it so that others will bully that person unintentionally. And for those who fill that what this auhtor broke this sites rules because she didn't respect Flame Rising, that goes two ways. Flame Rising did not respect her in the first place. Nor does he respect ANYBODY. Thus she did not owe him due respect. ... Oh, and one suggestion you can take seriosusly. What you are writing is fanfic, but you would make for an excellent writer of your own stuff. :) Sorry for the long review, but I do hope it helps you. Horror isn't my genra, but I still don't see how people can say it isn't fanfiction. If you clear up the misunderstandings in your writing and EXPALIN on your front page Flame Risings tactics, I think people will be less likely to give flames or constructive critism about what you did wrong. And this fic ... reminds me very much about the 'Drak Elf' trilogy.
Flame Rising's PM Account 2007-05-13 ch 1,	abuseMay I ask you a question? Why are you doing this to the people who appreciate and revere J. R. R. Tolkien? This is a site for fan fiction and this category for "Lord of the Rings", meaning a story based upon the world that Tolkien so painstakingly created. I do not understand your stubbornness in understanding that people are trying to be nice and point you in the direction of where your stories really belong. Instead you feel the need to be a disrespectful and petulant child to spite some reviewers. I just don't understand. Please find a little self-respect and respect for the fans and true fan fiction authors and stop reposting these "stories" again and again. I'm sure after what I've read, you'll be blocking me, deleting your story and reposting it once again. If you choose to be so immature about it, then many will report you for violating the terms you agreed before you're allowed to post any story here. Please, just take the hint: your stories don't belong here. And I can't imagine that you even believe they do any more after reading all the reviews to your stories. No one wants them here. Don't you understand that? Have a little respect. What have Tolkien and his fans ever done to you? -WLMK
