You have described Hibiki's point of view very well. I couldn't see better, more three-dimensional characterization for Hibiki than in this story of yours. You make it sound like Hibiki really loved Fuko, yet it didn't seem like lust.

Hibiki sounds really honest in saying he has shame about what he did to Fuko Kuzuha.

By the way I don't think Himejima and Kuzuha were rivals. If you are talking about they are competing for Akira Fukae's love, I don't think Fuuko was the least bit interested in him.

That was a really interesting honest and emotional point of view, as expected from Amawa Hibiki.

It was beautifully narrated and well-written. I'm glad to have enjoyed reading Hibiki's insightful perspective regarding his own lust for Kuzuha. The way you write his feelings, he really sounded ashamed of his actions.

I truly liked this. No, scratch that, I was amazed by the depth, profundity and incredible subtlety in this work. In fact, I can see the glimpses of Austen and the other authors you mentioned in your profile: Your work is deeply introspective and really allows the reader to delve in the character. I really enjoyed how you portrayed the protagonist's conflicting emotions here -- how well you mentioned to show his confusion, desire to with the girl and to shield her from sexual exposure at the same time. The last line killed me, I believe: it was a very good punch line. Personally, it is amazing that you made me feel like this, even though I am only very poorly acquainted with the show (I just know the basics). Still, I trust myself enough to say that this is really a great piece of work and IC.

Honestly, it is rare to come across such works of deep calibre and seriousness like yours; I applaud you for that, I really do. Technically – in the sense of flow, sentence structure and grammar – this is flawless: I could really find nothing to complain about. It is more than apparent that you have spent a lot of thought and effort on this ficlet; you have no idea how rare it is to come across a fic like that.
