My heart almost stopped when you said "his face was gone" :o Those crazy revenge-seekers, or whatever you call them! Yayy half-naked Edo! >_< And everyone was in character too, usually in these kinds of stories the characters are all warped (Ed is NOT that much of a wimp! Geez, people...lol). Haha I love the nonchalance Izumi displays toward her would-be-pupil Go Al! He kicks butt! Yeah in general it was really fun to read! (And the ending was so... aw :D) Short (like a certain someone) but sweet.

Izumi:(destroys eight dummies at once) "I'm sorry, I got distracted. What were you saying about your army?" Alphonse: "Mister, you made some very bad choices today." rattles off a list of the choices Doppelganger made that were ultimately detrimental to his health One quote that seemed kinda out of character: Ed: "Alphonse! Thank God!" I think Ed would refer to his brother as "Al" and not "Alphonse" in this situation. Also, not entirely sure Ed would be thanking God, self-proclaimed agnostic he is... Clearly Doppelganger picked on the wrong crowd. You mess with Ed, you mess with both Elrics, and you mess with Izumi you also mess with her husband. The combination of two Elrics mad at you and two Curtises mad at you is a sure sign that you're DOOMED. Question: what happened to Doppelganger? Did they take him to the proper authorities or what?

Flitter~Flutter 2008-05-16 ch 1, anon.	abuseIzumi is too awesome for words! She is one of my top five favorite characters (the other 4 would be Hughes, Alphonse, Ed, and Barry in the Manga. Barry in the anime is just plain creepy shudder) I love how you've kept everyone in character, as almost always. OMG I'm so freakin' jealous! =) Keep writing, awesome work, and give poor Ed a break?
